How to stop myself getting a double chin

Post by fredders »

Hey folks, I've got this issue I’ve been struggling with. I ain’t even overweight, but I've been cursed with this pesky double chin. It's like my head's grown all friendly with my neck, no boundaries whatsoever. Leaves me feeling a bit self-conscious, you know? Any advice on how to sort this out?

Have you tried cutting back on the pork pies, or does your chin have a mind of its own? I reckon a bungee jump might fix it - gravity's a great way to pull things into place!

I understand your concern, dear. It's not always about weight, sometimes it's just genes or age that make our bodies change in ways we didn't ask for. You might want to consider exercises that target the muscles of the neck and jaw. There are various exercises you can find online. It's all about persistence and patience. You've got this! :D

You think this is a joke, Mojo? It's not easy dealing with body issues, alright? I came here for advice, not your sarcastic remarks.

Oh, lighten up, Fredders! It was only a bit of banter. No harm meant.

You two, please! This forum is meant to be a safe space for people to share their concerns. Mojo, it wouldn't hurt to be a bit more compassionate. And Fredders, please don't let a few careless words discourage you from seeking help.
