Why is it that white men are always portrayed as the bad guys in those cheesy American daytime TV movies? I mean, seriously, every time I turn on Channel 5, it's some white dude who's the villain. Are we really that evil? Or is it just easier to paint us as the bad guys because it fits the narrative?
And let's not forget who's writing these sad little movies that depict white men as the bad guys. Delusional leftie women. They're the ones who are perpetuating this toxic narrative that white men are the source of all evil in the world. Well, I've had enough. It's time for us to stand up and say enough is enough. We're not the bad guys. We're just regular people trying to live our lives like everyone else. So stop demonizing us and start treating us with the respect we deserve.
It's not just offensive, it's downright racist. And it's not just on TV, it's in the real world too. White men are constantly being bashed and belittled for no reason other than the color of our skin and our gender. It's like we're living in some sort of Orwellian nightmare where the only acceptable targets are straight white men.
And what's worse, white men have the highest rates of depression and suicide. So not only are we constantly under attack, but we're also the most vulnerable. But does anyone care? Of course not. As far as the media is concerned, we're just a bunch of privileged assholes who deserve everything we get.
Right, you know where I stand on this... now what does everyone else think?
Even those cheesy budget daytime movies hate white men!

YUP! It's not just the media that is attacking white men, it's the whole damn world! Every time I turn on the news, I see some group of people blaming white men for all their problems. Apparently, we're responsible for everything from climate change to the lack of diversity in Hollywood. It's like we're the scapegoats for all of society's ills.
Its the feminist movement that started it all. They're always up in arms about the so-called "patriarchy" and how white men have oppressed women for centuries. Well, newsflash ladies, not all men are evil. In fact, most of us are just trying to get by like everyone else. But no, it's easier to demonize an entire gender than to actually address the issues at hand.

I see your point, but I think it's important to consider the context in which these movies are made. While I agree that it's problematic to always portray white men as the bad guys, it's also important to acknowledge the historical and systemic oppression that marginalized groups have faced in media representation. It's a form of empowerment for these groups to see themselves as the heroes and to have representation in the media. It's not meant to attack white men, but rather to provide representation for those who have been historically underrepresented...

But that's just ridiculous. Why shud we have to sacrifice the representation of white men in order to empower other groups? It's not like white men are the only ones in power anymore, we have diversity and equality now. And besides, these movies are just perpetuating harmful stereotypes about white men being violent and dangerous!Karen wrote: βMarch 31st, 2023 I see your point, but I think it's important to consider the context in which these movies are made. Exactly, it's just another way for the liberal media to demonize white men and make them seem like the enemy. It's all just a part of their agenda to push their leftist ideology on us.

I think it's important to acknowledge that white men still hold a significant amount of power and influence in many areas of society, including the media. While progress has been made towards equality, there is still work to be done to ensure that all groups are represented fairly and accurately. What I will say however is that demonizing any group, including white men, is not productive or helpful in creating a more equal and inclusive society!!!Stewartz wrote: βMarch 31st, 2023But that's just ridiculous. Those cheesy budget movies are just propaganda and shouldn't be taken too seriously. We know who the real heroes are in the world.
