I remember this one time, I had popped over to my Auntie's place for a Sunday roast, when I spotted that bloomin' Poodle of hers curled up in 'er bed. Thought to meself, ain't no harm in giving the wee buggar a pat, yeah? So I go and give it a tickle behind the ears... BIG MISTAKE! the demon dog goes mental!
Started barking like a banshee on fire, then clamps its jaws right down on me hand and wont let go!There I was, flailing about the kitchen, Auntie's precious Poodle hanging from me hand! It was like a bad comedy sketch, but with blood and pain.
Finally, Auntie comes charging in and socks the bleedin' mutt in its gut, making it let go. But the damage was done. Me poor thumb was mangled beyond recognition, took a ton of stitches to keep it together, and the scars... let's just say, I've taken a liking to gloves. 
So you see, the next time someone gushes about their cuddly canine, I just want to scream!
How can anyone want one of these unpredictable, potentially dangerous creatures in their home? And don't get me started on those XL Bullies. If it were up to me, I'd ban 'em all, no exceptions!Now, I'm not looking for a pity party here, alright? Just tell me I'm not the only one with a dog-gone bad experience. Feel free to share your horror stories below, let's see if we can convince a few more peeps that these creatures aren't the angels they're cracked up to be.
