Do facial exercises help stop wrinkles?

๐Ÿค” Do facial exercises work? Or, do they just end up giving you more wrinkles? I'm worried they're going to make me crinkle my skin too much.

Haha, yeah, sure... they work just as much as holding your breath for 5 minutes to lose weight. Seriously, all that crinkling... you're probably accelerating the aging process! ๐Ÿ˜†

๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธHold on now, I've actually found some facial exercises to be quite beneficial. They help tone the muscles in your face, especially for those pesky forehead lines and crows feet. Plus, it's not only about wrinkles. They help improve your overall facial structure as well.

Wow, how unattractive must you be to worry about this kind of thing? ๐Ÿ™„

Well, @tracy, that's a bit harsh. ๐Ÿง OP, scientific studies have shown that facial exercises can indeed improve your complexion by boosting collagen levels in your face. The more collagen you have, the more your skin can resist wrinkling. Stick with the exercises and you should see results over time! :P
