Is Temu a legit website or is it a scam?

Has anyone used TEMU before? I see this site being advertised everywhere and it sells some very cheap stuff.. cheaper than amazon but I have also heard some really bad things about TEMU... like people getting scammed and even their bank information being used in china after buying stuff from TEMU :/

TEMU are scammers based in china. A few months ago I bought something from them and it never arrived. I tried getting in touch with them and they just ignore your emails. They are just after your money and don't care about even sending the products.

Oh this site has links to organized crime and slave labour camps in China apparently. It is not a site you want to be inputting your credit card info on at all.

UHH there are many many different horror stories online from people who have lost their homes after plugging in a dodgy electrical heater or phone charge bought from TEMU. I say avoid this website like the plague its just not worth it just to save a few pennies.. that's if the goods even arrive. So, you have been warned so don't come back here complaining that your house has burnt down because you plugged in one of their dodgy chargers or something. :D
