I wanna keep wearing my heels but don't want bunions!
Hey everyone, I have a bit of a dilemma. I think I might have bunions and I'm freaking out about it. I love wearing high heels, but I don't want to end up with weird messed up feet. Any advice?

Hey girl, don't worry too much about bunions. They're actually pretty common, especially for women who wear high heels. But there are things you can do to prevent them from getting worse, like wearing shoes that have a wider toe box or using orthotics. Plus, there are plenty of cute and stylish shoes out there that are actually good for your feet! ☺

I don't have bunions because I never wear high heels. Maybe you should try that.

Why don't you mind your own damn business? I was just stating a fact. If she doesn't want bunions, she shouldn't wear high heels.Buttercup_Baby wrote: ↑April 7th, 2023Excuse me, but that was a pretty bitchy thing to say. Why don't you offer some actual helpful advice instead of being so rude?

Hey there! I totally get where you're coming from with your concerns about bunions I have a small one and it can be a real pain. But have you thought about talking to a podiatrist? They're the foot experts, after all! They can give you a professional opinion on whether or not you actually have bunions and what you can do to prevent them from getting worse or even treat them altogether. Trust me, it's worth it to get a pro's opinion on this stuff. Who knows they might say you don't have bunions and can carry on wearing your high heels !!!

Ugh I hate bunions!!! Don't let them stop you from strutting your stuff in your favourite heels! But, make sure at the same time just to be mindful of how often you wear them and make sure they fit properly. Nobody wants to deal with the pain and discomfort of bunions because they require surgery to get rid of them, so if you suspect you have them, don't hesitate to see a podiatrist. Happy shoe shopping!

Fear not my friend! I've face the exact same predicament but found that there are ways to still wear your beloved high heels while also taking care of your feet. First off, invest in high heel shoes that fit properly and have a wider toe box. This will give your toes more room to breathe and reduce the chances of them being squished together. Also, try to limit the amount of time you spend in heels. If you know you're going to be on your feet for an extended period of time, opt for a more comfortable shoe with a lower heel. Another option is to wear bunion protector sleeves that slip around your toes and protect them from pressure and strain stopping them from getting worse. There are lots of bunions protectors available but the best pair I found were some from NuovaHealth they work wonders! Hope these tips help

Ugh, Bunions disgust me! Let me tell you about the time I saw what I thought was a "woman" on the train wearing high heels. I say "woman" because she had a face like a brick and could have easily been mistaken for one of those cross-dressing perverts. Anyways, as I was minding my own business, I noticed this creature's feet and let me tell you, it was a sight for sore eyes with some serious bunions going on. I'm talking next-level, toe-mangling, foot deformity type of bunions. . Lol, even a toddler who was crawling on the floor suddenly catches a glimpse of these monstrosities and looks like he was about to hurl . I mean, I can't blame the poor kid, I was feeling queasy myself. Now, I'm not one to take fashion advice from a toddler, but if that little tyke could talk, I bet he'd say something like, "ew, them feet are rank, innit?" And he'd be right. I mean, if we're not careful, we'll end up like that creature on the train, with feet that look like they belong in a museum of oddities.
Needless to say, that experience put me off ever wearing high heels. I mean, who knows what kind of foot-related trauma could be lurking around the corner? I don't wanna end up like that...thing on the train.
I don't want to sound like a foot fascist or anything, but people like that should be banned from displaying their feet in public. It's a public health hazard, I tell ya! It's like walking around with your armpits out, it's just not right. I've never been a fan of high heels, but that sight put me off them for life. I don't wanna end up like that, with feet that look like they've been through a cheese grater.
So, let's all make a pact to take care of our feet, wear sensible shoes, and never them out in public. Thank you!
