How to stop myself stressing all the time?
I've been constantly stressed ever since the pandemic and lockdowns started. It's like my mind has been conditioned to always worry about something. Any tips on how to stop stressing so much?

Hey, I totally understand how you feel. Stress can really take a toll on your body and health. I think the lockdowns were a stupid idea and caused more harm than good. But to answer your question, I suggest trying meditation or yoga to help you relax. Also, try to limit your exposure to news and social media, as they can be overwhelming and cause more stress. Hope these help

Yeah, the lockdowns were a nightmare. I hope they never happen again. As for stress, I like to take hot baths and listen to calming music. Also, don't forget to take breaks throughout the day to just breathe and relax.

I would suggest is talking to a therapist or counsellor. They can help you identify the root cause of your stress and give you tools to manage it effectively. Remember, it's okay to ask for help when you need it.

I've been using aromatherapy to help me relax and de-stress. Lavender and peppermint are my go-to scents. Also, taking a warm bath with Epsom salt can help soothe your muscles and calm your mind. Also I find that exercise really helps me manage my stress levels. Whether it's going for a run or doing some strength training, it releases endorphins that make me feel good and reduce my stress.

Don't worry, there are some things you can do to break free from that cycle of stress and anxiety. First things first, you gotta figure out what's causing that worry in the first place. Once you know what's triggering you, you can start to reframe the situation and find a new perspective. Mindfulness and meditation can be real helpful here, too, by calming that busy mind and bringing some peace to your day.
You gotta also take care of yourself, too. Regular exercise, a healthy diet, and enough sleep can do wonders for your stress levels. And don't forget to lean on your friends and family when things get tough. Sometimes, just talkin' it out can make a world of difference. And if things get too overwhelming, don't hesitate to seek out some professional help.
With some consistent effort and some good ol' self-care, you can put a stop to that constant worrying and find some peace and calm in your life. hope this helps!!!!
