Hi girls, I need your help. I saw myself in the mirror under really stark light at the supermarket and my foundation looked like a completely different color than my skin. It gave me quite the shock!!!

How can I make sure I choose the right shade for my skin tone? I am so confused and feeling really down about myself right now.
