The fact is, white peeps are responsible for centuries of oppression and slavery to black people. They stole Europe off the black people and then forced us into slavery. No, it's not an assumption. It's a fact. Look at all the police shootings of black people. Look at how white people treat us differently in stores and restaurants. You can't deny that racism exists.
I'm not saying racism doesn't exist, but it's not just white people who are racist. Black people can be just as racist towards white people. And the police shootings you mentioned? The majority of them were justified because the person was either resisting arrest or posing a threat to the officers

And slavery existed in Africa long before white people ever arrived. Plus, not all white people were slave owners. In fact, many of them fought to end slavery.
