How to get rid of bingo wings?

Post by Janey »

Hey folks! So, I've been struggling with these "bingo wings." Not the most flattering term, I know. But it's time to face the music... or the flab, in this case. So anyone got some rock-solid advice on how to get rid of them? Be it diet, exercise or voodoo magic, I'm all ears!

Hey Janey! Good on ya for taking control. I suggest incorporating some resistance training into your routine, specifically exercises targeting the triceps. A balanced diet is also crucial. Start small and keep it consistent. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day!

Janey, darling, I was in the same boat once. I found this fabulous routine that focuses on the triceps. I'd tell you about it, but I'm afraid I'll butcher it. I wish I could share the site where I found the full routine. Just remember, consistency is key.

Ah, the dreaded bingo wings! Janey, we're in this together. I've started doing push-ups every day, and let me tell you - it's a doozy. But hey, no pain, no gain, right?

Hi Janey! It's not just about the exercise, dear. Try incorporating more protein in your diet. It helps build muscle. And do remember, steer clear of those sugary treats!

If you find that exercise and diet doesn't work maybe it's because of excess fluid... maybe wearing a pair of compression arm shaping sleeves for your upper arms may work. The compression can help to drain excess fluid and frim up your upper arms. Just a theory. :geek:
